From our humble beginnings in 1962 with the production of piston pins for various applications, we expanded in 1985 into the manufacturing of two-wheeler and three-wheeler spare parts. This milestone marked a turning point, laying the foundation for our growth as a leading manufacturer and exporter in the automotive components industry. Today, Jayna Engineering Works is recognized for its strong presence in both domestic and international markets, supplying genuine and precision-engineered auto rickshaw (Tuk Tuk / Keke Napep) spare parts to importers, distributors, and retailers across multiple countries. Our Journey: From piston pins to becoming a global supplier of two-wheeler and three-wheeler components, we continue to innovate, expand, and set new benchmarks in quality and reliability.Our plant has well equipped facilities for designing, verification and manufacturing. The research activities are carried out on CAD/CAM systems. Reverse engineering is followed to verify and recheck the design for removing flaw and making improvements. Our state of the art machine shop has a series of KIRLOSKAR lathes, KIRLOSKAR Boring, BATLIBOI Radial drill, HMT Tool & Cutter Grinder, ASQUITH Hobbing, MAAG Gear Grinder, SUPFINA super finishing, FELLOWS gear shapers, CNC Turning Centers, PANASONIC Mig Welding, MICROMATIC Cylinder Grinders, ARIHANT Honing Machines ETC. We have a Chemical Lab to check our raw materials. Gear Roll Tester and Lead Profile Tester machines are used to inspect the gears. Apart from this, we have a number of other machines to compliment the processing of all our components and to help us achieve high quality precision for all dimensions and finishes for all the products required to meet the international engineering standards.
